My order was customized to be silver instead of gold metal and did not have the hands and it turned out absolutely stunning!! So stunning that I believe it was added as another option for order and this was so exciting! Maria has done an incredible job bringing an elegant and classy feel to BDSM gear. She was also very quick with any responses and always friendly, patient and understanding of any questions or requests that I had. She communicated any issues (such as lack of materials or delays) very kindly as well! And as if I cannot sing praises of skill and kindness enough, she also included an extra gift that was just as amazing and lovely! I do not know if the gift was because of a short delay in shipping we had, being a first time customer, or if it is a kindness she does with every order but it was such a great surprise! And the end results make it very clear that she puts much care into her talent of crafting the gear and the material quality is simply the best!
