the seller was very friendly and professional when answering my questions. Shipping was timely. Packaging was well done, came in a nice tied box making it perfect to give as a gift. Quality is terrific; no visible flaws, beautiful and colored just like the photo, sturdy and fit snuggly when fastened with a lock. One of the charms fell off, but was an easy fix. Overall, I'd definitely buy again.
